Fee Schedule

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Bitexia reserves the right to modify, update, or change any fees listed herein at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review this Fee Schedule for any changes.

1. Trading Fees

Trading fees are charged on each completed trade and may vary based on trading volume, market conditions, and trading pairs.

• Maker Fee: Variable (check trading interface)

• Taker Fee: Variable (check trading interface)

Actual fees are displayed on the trading interface before order execution. Fees may be adjusted at any time.

2. Deposit Fees

• Cryptocurrency Deposits: Generally free (network fees may apply)

• Fiat Deposits: Variable based on payment method

Some deposits may incur fees based on the payment method, currency, or other factors. Check the deposit interface for current fees.

3. Withdrawal Fees

Withdrawal fees vary by cryptocurrency and are subject to change based on network conditions.

Current withdrawal fees are displayed on the withdrawal interface. We reserve the right to adjust withdrawal fees at any time without notice to reflect network conditions and operational costs.

4. Inactivity Fee

4.1. Definition of Inactivity

An account is considered inactive when the user has not performed any of the following actions for a continuous period of three (3) months (90 days):

• Logging into the account;

• Executing any trades;

• Making any deposits;

• Making any withdrawals;

• Any other account activity.

4.2. Inactivity Fee Amount

Upon an account becoming inactive, a monthly inactivity fee of 10 USDT (or equivalent value in another currency) will be charged.

4.3. Fee Deduction

• The inactivity fee will be automatically deducted from your available account balance;

• If your account holds multiple currencies, the fee will be deducted from available balances at Bitexia’s discretion;

• The fee will continue to be charged monthly for as long as the account remains inactive;

• If insufficient balance exists to cover the full fee, the remaining balance will be deducted.

4.4. Avoiding Inactivity Fees

To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your account or perform any transaction at least once every 90 days.

5. Other Fees

Additional fees may apply for:

• Expedited withdrawals;

• Account recovery services;

• Paper statements or documentation;

• Wire transfers;

• Chargebacks or payment disputes;

• Any other services as determined by Bitexia.

6. Fee Payment

6.1. All fees are deducted automatically from your account balance.

6.2. If your balance is insufficient, services may be suspended until fees are paid.

6.3. All fees are non-refundable.

7. Fee Changes

Bitexia reserves the absolute right to:

• Introduce new fees;

• Modify existing fees;

• Remove or waive fees;

• Change fee structures;

All such changes may be made at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after any fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
