• Deposits made to your account;

• Withdrawals processed from your account;

• Trading fees or any other fees charged;

• Inactivity fees;

• Losses due to market movements;

• Losses due to user error (e.g., sending to wrong address);

• Losses due to security breaches of user accounts.

3. Transaction Errors

3.1. If you send cryptocurrency to an incorrect wallet address, Bitexia cannot recover the funds and is not responsible for such loss.

3.2. Always double-check wallet addresses before initiating any transaction.

4. Disputed Transactions

4.1. If you believe there has been an error in a transaction, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

4.2. Bitexia will investigate at its sole discretion and any decision made by Bitexia regarding disputed transactions is final.

5. Chargebacks

5.1. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider for any deposit made to Bitexia, your account may be immediately suspended.

5.2. Additional fees and charges may be applied to your account for chargeback processing.

6. Account Termination

Upon account termination:

• You may withdraw your remaining balance subject to verification requirements;

• Any outstanding fees will be deducted from your balance;

• Funds may be frozen if verification requirements are not met or if there are pending investigations.
